What one load adds up to
You pay per transaction. A transaction is one X12 transaction set, such as a 204 or a 214, and that includes the 997 acknowledgments that confirm each one arrived. Here's a two-stop load:

Does Tediware integrate with my TMS?
If your TMS is custom, yes. If it has an API, your coding agent can connect the two through the Tediware MCP server. Give it the coding agent instructions and ask it to evaluate if your TMS will work with Tediware.
Which transaction sets does Tediware support for logistics?
Tediware supports every X12 transaction set, including 204, 990, 214, 210 and 997, in every X12 release, on every plan.
Can I respond to load tenders quickly?
Tediware sends each inbound 204 to your system by webhook as soon as it's processed, on every plan. On paid plans, partner SFTP mailboxes are checked as often as every 5 minutes, and AS2 messages are processed as they arrive. On the Developer plan, partner SFTP mailboxes are checked every 60 minutes.
What does it cost to add a new shipper or broker?
Nothing extra. Every plan includes unlimited trading partners. You pay only for transactions.
Do I need a developer?
You need someone comfortable building with an AI coding tool, or willing to try it. One of our logistics customers went live with a national partner having never programmed before. The most important thing is understanding what your partners expect in terms of EDI.
Can I keep my current provider while I switch?
Yes. You can move one trading partner at a time and keep your current provider running for the rest.
