White-label EDI

Build your own EDI product on the Tediware API and sell it under your brand, at your price. Your customers use your software, and Tediware runs the EDI underneath it.

Your customers see your product

Documents, results and errors reach your software through the API and webhooks, and nothing in your product has to mention Tediware.

You set the price

You decide what your customers pay, and the margin is yours.

The same API our customers use

You build against the public Platform API, webhooks and MCP server, all documented on this site. There is no separate partner edition to wait on.

How this differs from traditional white-label

Traditional white-label EDI is a vendor's portal with your logo on it. Your customers still learn the vendor's screens, and your product can only do what that portal does.

Here you build the product. Tediware handles X12 parsing and generation, trading partner connections, mapping, acknowledgments and delivery. Your software decides what your customers see and do.

What to know before you build

  • Configuration happens in the Tediware app. The API reads trading partners, connections, flows, mappings and implementations, and it sends, receives and resends documents. It does not create or edit that configuration yet.
  • Pricing for white-label use is not published. We work it out with you, along with how to set up accounts for your customers.
